Return & Refund Policy – PetPat Shoppy

Welcome to PetPat Shoppy. We value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

To request a return, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Reason for return

Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer

  • Products without original packaging

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance or sale items


Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method or provided via bank transfer/UPI

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


Exchange Policy

We provide exchanges only for:

  • Wrong product received

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Size issues (if applicable)

Exchange availability depends on stock availability.
